"The Ohio Department of Mental Health (ODMH) announced on March 26, 2013, that it was delaying the launch of Medicaid Health Homes for adults with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), serious mental illness (SMI), and for youth with serious emotional disturbance (SED) until October 1, 2013. Previously, the launch was scheduled for July 1, 2013; however, in a memo to behavioral health stakeholders about the delay, ODMH Director Tracy Plouck said the department had become aware of several components of the Health Homes work plan that did not line up with the July target.
